TEEs in the Post-cookie World of Advertising

Modern applications are no longer monoliths, rather they are often composed of a number of microservices. But what if you need to run your microservices in TEEs? How do you connect a web of TEEs securely to each other? In this talk, we discuss our approach to tackling the complex issue of inter-service trust and how to convey the web to relying parties.

Rene is a member of the Confidential Computing Product Management team at Google Cloud. Prior to Google, he worked for Symantec, Citrix, Altiris and a number of security startups. Rene earned his Computer Science degree from Tallinn University of Technology. In his free time, he loves traveling the world, skiing, badminton and a good documentary film.
